Goes on super tight and definitely does what it says it does, but it does NOT slim you down. It makes you look more manly dude manly man man guy dude man sure, but if you’re going for a “I wanna look a little slimmer” look it’s not gonna help you here. Just hit the gym.

Compresses you alright, but instead of tucking it and flattening it made my stomach look and feel even bigger. But it does what it says, it compresses.
Compression concentrated at the waistband, where a belt tends to draw a line.
